About the role

  • Account Supervisor overseeing marketing communications and client relationships at TruePoint Communications. Collaborating across teams to deliver impactful marketing deliverables for B2C and B2B clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client point of contact, building trusted relationships and delivering high-impact client management and support.
  • Lead development and execution of integrated marketing communications programs aligned to client business goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day account activity, ensuring alignment across strategy, execution, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Manage scopes and understand the impact of project hours and team utilization to keep projects and the client operating profitably.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing and/or corporate communications experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of direct team management and supervision experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing clients, including leading client meetings and communicating directly with clients on project updates
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex products, services, and solutions.
