Responsibilities
Support the Head of Key Accounts in growing the Partner Program by managing a portfolio of strategic customers
Drive loyalty, satisfaction, and growth through strong relationships, proactive feedback handling, and structured account management
Manage a portfolio of high-value B2B/B2C clients (workshops, resellers, fleets)
Gather client feedback to inform program improvements
Lead onboarding for new key clients
Identify leads from existing clients and market signals
Track account KPIs and contribute to program performance reporting
Ensure timely communication on benefits, promotions, and service updates
Conduct account reviews, monitor health, and facilitate tier upgrades
Requirements
2+ years in B2B account management, sales, or customer success (automotive aftermarket/e-commerce preferred)
Strong understanding of workshop, reseller, or fleet operations
Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM tools and KPI tracking
Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Advanced-level English language skills are essential for communication with foreign customers
An advantage for candidates with proficiency in Nordic languages working with solutions tailored for Nordic audiences and users
