Responsibilities
- Provide project guidance to a cross-functional team focused on device level service strategy analysis and implementation guides for medical equipment.
- Effectively create and manage the timeline for each service strategy analysis and subsequent strategy implementation guide.
- Monitor functional area progress on assigned tasks against project timeline.
- Develop master contract reduction via the collection and analysis of financial, technical, and operational data.
- Partner with cross-functional team members on data analysis related to operations, costs, training, service statistics, procurement, and service contracts.
- Integrate functional area work products into device level service strategy implementation guides.
- Prepare reports showing effectiveness of strategies and programs.
- Support integration of service strategy analysis process and work products into automated systems and tools.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in project management, business operations, or complex data analysis is required.
- Project management experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an acute attention to detail
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry strongly preferred
- Knowledge of clinical engineering, medical technology, and/or healthcare support services preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; advanced skills with Excel and Access preferred
- Creative thinker with the ability to prioritize work and manage time amidst multiple tasks
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Business acumen and the knowledge to understand operations
