Responsibilities

  • Track shipments and deliveries using tracking codes
  • Manage postal logistics by sending physical items via USPS, FedEx, and UPS
  • Prepare folders and documentation kits
  • Travel to the Department of State in Tallahassee for apostille processing
  • Provide in-person client service and document pickup
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing processes
  • Issue certificates and declarations
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital document records
  • Complete and review forms for requests
