About the role
- Analista de Importação role focusing on document analysis and cargo coordination for Tradeworks operations. Requires expertise in OSGT system and logistics processes in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and correction of documents: invoice, packing list and MAWB/BL – HAWB/HBL;
- Contact with overseas parties for shipment authorization;
- Monitoring all stages of shipment – door-to-door – acting on required steps;
- Liaison with freight agents, terminals, carriers and other service providers;
- Registration of MAPA import license;
- Generation of exemptions and ICMS and GNRE payment guides;
- Preparation and filing of Import Licenses (L.I.), Import Declarations (D.I.) and amendments/corrections;
- Payment of expenses related to the process;
- Deadline management;
- Maintenance of daily follow-ups and digital files;
- Preparation and analysis of biweekly and monthly KPIs;
- Use of various systems to check cargo status (air and sea).
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the OSGT system;
- Practical knowledge of Temporary Admission for economic use, re-importation, other special regimes and atypical processes;
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Trade or related fields;
- Customer service experience;
- Practical Excel skills for preparing various reports;
- Basic English for approving/coordinating shipments with overseas parties;
- Organized, proactive and able to work in a team.
