Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Partnerships Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the acquisition and execution of direct sponsorships, incentivized projects, and commercial partnerships, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and significant financial and social impact through active prospecting and negotiation.
Design, present, and negotiate sponsorship proposals with benefit mechanics (tickets/discounts), tracking, and clear targets, ensuring deal closure.
Monitor public calls and funding opportunities, prepare and submit projects under incentive laws, proactively seeking resources, and coordinate the execution and reporting of these projects with rigor and transparency.
Monitor the fundraising pipeline – “sales funnel.”
Build and manage a partnerships pipeline (CRM), from active prospecting (including client and stakeholder site visits and participation in strategic events) to negotiation and renewal of agreements.
Coordinate partner activations, including joint communication plans, development of materials, and monitoring of KPIs and detailed reports to ensure partnership performance.
Manage the budget for incentivized projects, ensuring compliance and timely delivery, with a focus on resource optimization.
Measure and report KPIs monthly, focusing on strategic and market insights, and propose continuous improvements to partnership and fundraising strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related fields, demonstrating aptitude for business strategy and relationship management.
Intermediate to advanced English is desirable, given the strategic scope and potential for international partnerships and documentation.
2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, sales/commercial, trade marketing, business development, or partnership management, with proven results in negotiation and relationship building.
Practical knowledge of incentive laws (Rouanet, Sports, ICMS) and familiarity with LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law).
Organized and disciplined in follow-ups and pipeline management; comfortable with CRM systems and spreadsheets.
Field experience with in-person meetings and negotiations, and the ability to build trusted relationships with decision makers across different contexts.
Analytical skills for projections, ROI, and executive KPI reporting, oriented toward partnership intelligence.
Differentiators: Experience in benefits/loyalty programs (e.g., Dotz, Livelo, Latam Pass, TudoAzul, Vivo Valoriza) with successful cases in large-scale strategic negotiations. Experience with SALIC and/or incentive law platforms/calls. Experience in sports retail or tourism (e.g., Decathlon, CVC), demonstrating proactive performance across market segments.
