Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement and development projects for business processes related to compensation
Analyze, document and communicate the needs of various stakeholders
Identify impacts on business processes and propose solutions to simplify them and increase efficiency
Provide support to stakeholders and colleagues to ensure a coherent and effective rollout of initiatives across the Network
Ensure orchestration, synchronization and prioritization of work across all initiatives
Maintain alignment of work with the Network’s business objectives
Demonstrate leadership in facilitating workshops focused on innovation, optimization and performance
Participate in implementing business solutions by identifying required business requirements and rules
Serve as a change management advisor to stakeholders
Ask probing questions to identify root needs and define value-creating solutions
Requirements
Holds a DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales) or a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, information systems or another relevant field
Has 2 to 4 years of experience in process optimization, business analysis, compensation, or a similar role
Recognized for strong analytical ability and understanding of business needs
Distinguishes themselves by the ability to synthesize, articulate and simplify complex information
Demonstrates high agility, excellent problem-solving skills and ease working in a changing environment
Shows excellent communication, collaboration and proactivity skills
Acts as an ambassador for a service-oriented culture
Knowledge of the Carrière agency network (asset)
Advanced proficiency in English
