About the role

- Provide behavioral evaluations and assessments to consumers
- Develop and monitor behavioral intervention plans

- Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educational professionals
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Requirements
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming
- Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
- Ability to analyze situations and make independent decisions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
