Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact with ITBF stakeholders, leading planning, execution, and monitoring of TBM initiatives, and ensuring alignment with ITBF priorities, federal regulations, and executive directives.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and dependencies, overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery and compliance with requirements.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including technical architects, analysts, and resources, to drive implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of TBM/Apptio solutions.
- Monitor risks, manage change requests, and establish governance processes to ensure quality, compliance, and standards across all project activities.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and updates, translating TBM and financial data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of project management experience managing IT financial management projects.
- PMP certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe certification, or similar.
- Familiarity with Apptio or TBM platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
