Project Coordinator supporting planning, execution, and completion of projects at NextEdge. Ensuring communication and coordination within project teams while gaining exposure to project management.
Responsibilities
Support project and program teams with administrative tasks
Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes
Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Identify and address potential issues to keep projects on track
Assist in scheduling inspections, sub-contractors, rentals, and operational support
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in administrative roles or project coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving approach
