Responsibilities
Execute qualitative research such as usability testing, user interviews, and concept testing to support product discovery and delivery.
Support quantitative research activities (e.g. surveys) where appropriate, working within existing approaches and guidance.
Work closely with product managers and designers to plan and deliver research aligned to agreed priorities.
Synthesise findings into clear, actionable insights and share them with teams through presentations, reports and workshops.
Contribute to ongoing discovery and evaluation work across one or more product teams.
Work within established research frameworks, tools and standards, with support from senior researchers.
Support and guide designers in doing some of their own small-scale research e.g. simple usability testing and short surveys
Requirements
Proven applied UX or product research experience, ideally within digital products or services.
Experience running hands-on qualitative research, with some exposure to quantitative methods or a strong interest in developing this further.
Confidence delivering research to defined briefs and timelines.
The ability to interpret behavioural and attitudinal data and communicate insights clearly to non-researchers.
Experience collaborating with designers, product managers or engineers in a product development environment.
A practical, delivery-focused mindset and strong organisational skills.
Experience in travel, ecommerce, or other complex, data-rich products is a bonus, but not essential.
