You design rigorous tests, interpret statistical significance correctly, and launch winning ads quickly with clear documentation.
You leverage AI for copy variations, audience insights and automation — less manual work, more impact.
You connect platform data with GA4, think incrementally and make better budget decisions.
You take end-to-end responsibility — from briefing to reporting — reliably and conscientiously.
You bring fresh ideas to brand storytelling and break routines to create new awareness impulses.
Requirements
Several years of experience in performance marketing and end-to-end mastery of social ads.
You are comfortable with KPIs, think in hypotheses and derive clear actions.
You take ownership of budgets, timelines and targets — and deliver reliably.
Large accounts motivate you; you develop ideas that turn tests into real winners.
You share knowledge, coach juniors and noticeably improve overall team quality.
You explain complex concepts clearly — both internally and externally — and build trust.
Native-level German and good English.
