Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of procurement and finance operational processes
- Act as the main point of contact for finance process and tooling queries
- Enforce intake discipline and ensure requests follow established workflows
- Monitor system usage and drive consistent adoption across teams
- Support stakeholders in navigating procurement and finance tools
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements
- Maintain documentation, controls and process transparency
- Partner with Finance and other functions to ensure timely and accurate processing
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in financial operations, procurement operations or finance process roles
- Strong understanding of finance workflows and operational controls
- Experience working with ERP or finance systems
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise effectively
- Structured and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Exposure to process optimisation or systems improvement initiatives (bonus points)
- Familiarity with budgeting or reporting processes (bonus points)
- Experience working in a multi-entity or international structure (bonus points)
