About the role
- Senior Finance Integration Specialist managing finance integration for new veterinary clinics in Europe, supporting IVC Evidensia's international growth strategy. Collaborating with teams across borders and enhancing financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Integration on all matters related to finance integration and corporate integration — both strategic and operational
- Responsible for the finance integration of new clinics and practices into our group (Post-Merger Integration)
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of Purchase Price Allocations (PPA) in collaboration with our team in England
- Prepare and support business transfers in the context of corporate integrations
- Oversee contractual relationships with banks, suppliers and service providers in the finance context
- Review and contribute to legal agreements (share purchase agreements, service agreements, loan agreements, service contracts, etc.)
- Handle corporate law matters (shareholder resolutions, commercial register, transparency register, among others)
- Act as the point of contact for new locations, internal stakeholders and external service providers during integration
- Participate in and take ownership of finance projects and special topics within the finance function
- Work closely with the international Shared Service Center (SSC) in England and India
Requirements
- University degree in business/economics with a focus on Finance, Accounting or Controlling
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in finance, controlling or accounting
- Experience in finance integration, post-merger integration or corporate integration is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in German and English — a key success factor in an international environment
- IT affinity and confident use of standard Office applications
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent working style
- Enthusiasm, team spirit and enjoyment of cross-functional project work
- Ideally, first experience working with international teams or shared service centers
- Additional languages (French/Italian) are a plus but not required
