- Own the end-to-end finance systems stack - ERP, budgeting tools and related integrations
- Design scalable system architecture that supports growth, automation and strong financial controls
- Lead ERP configuration, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure data integrity, master data governance and robust reporting structures
- Oversee system integrations with internal tools and third-party providers
- Partner closely with Finance, Engineering and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions
- Manage external vendors and implementation partners where required
- Define and execute the roadmap for finance technology evolution
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in finance systems, ERP ownership or digital finance roles
- Hands-on experience with at least one ERP implementation or major system upgrade
- Strong understanding of financial operations, controls and data structures
- Experience working in a multi-entity or international environment
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- A structured, systems-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
