Quality Analyst II conducting technical investigations on client complaints at a major logistics operator. Engage with clients, and internal areas, and monitor quality performance indicators.
Responsibilities
Conduct technical investigations of customer complaints (levels 1 and 2), with direct contact with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
Coordinate action plans to resolve nonconformities.
Monitor quality performance indicators and prepare technical reports.
Conduct internal process audits and participate in supplier and certification audits.
Serve as focal point for training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality procedures.
Monitor and validate incoming and outgoing inspection activities.
Manage the end-to-end complaint cycle for external suppliers, including follow-up and resolution.
Perform statistical analysis of failure trends and propose preventive actions.
Develop and review procedures, work instructions and quality forms.
Provide technical support to Quality Analysts I and other team members.
Review level 1 customer complaints (no direct customer contact, only chart evaluation).
Analyze trends in customer complaints and supplier complaints.
Send samples to customers and suppliers.
Extract datasets from databases.
Submit, evaluate compliance, and record supplier self-assessments.
Create complaints to external suppliers.
Perform incoming product inspections.
Approve inclusion of new raw materials.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related fields).
Intermediate English and/or Spanish.
Experience with SAP, Power BI or quality management software.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP and/or ANVISA RDC regulations.
Advanced MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, charts and data analysis).
Familiarity with quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, FMEA, among others).
