About the role

  • Quality Analyst II conducting technical investigations on client complaints at a major logistics operator. Engage with clients, and internal areas, and monitor quality performance indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical investigations of customer complaints (levels 1 and 2), with direct contact with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
  • Coordinate action plans to resolve nonconformities.
  • Monitor quality performance indicators and prepare technical reports.
  • Conduct internal process audits and participate in supplier and certification audits.
  • Serve as focal point for training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality procedures.
  • Monitor and validate incoming and outgoing inspection activities.
  • Manage the end-to-end complaint cycle for external suppliers, including follow-up and resolution.
  • Perform statistical analysis of failure trends and propose preventive actions.
  • Develop and review procedures, work instructions and quality forms.
  • Provide technical support to Quality Analysts I and other team members.
  • Review level 1 customer complaints (no direct customer contact, only chart evaluation).
  • Analyze trends in customer complaints and supplier complaints.
  • Send samples to customers and suppliers.
  • Extract datasets from databases.
  • Submit, evaluate compliance, and record supplier self-assessments.
  • Create complaints to external suppliers.
  • Perform incoming product inspections.
  • Approve inclusion of new raw materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related fields).
  • Intermediate English and/or Spanish.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI or quality management software.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP and/or ANVISA RDC regulations.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, charts and data analysis).
  • Familiarity with quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, FMEA, among others).
  • Clear and assertive communication (written and verbal).
