Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor factory planning with a focus on ensuring efficiency, meeting lead times and service level;
- Analyze production capacity and evaluate master production plans, as well as adjust for variations in commercial demand;
- Ensure alignment with supplier and client departments, guaranteeing the factory's service level;
- Track, update and report performance indicators (KPIs);
- Identify opportunities and suggest improvements for planning;
- Participate in planning meetings, contributing to the definition of strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
- Previous experience in production planning, PCP (production planning and control) or inventory management;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Intermediate knowledge of Power BI;
- Knowledge of Python and SQL is desirable;
- Experience with SAP, ERP, MRP systems and continuous improvement tools is a plus;
- Analytical and strategic skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Sense of urgency;
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and organization;
- Results-oriented;
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Natal, RN, Brazil.
