About the role
- Logistics Analyst managing logistics operations for e-commerce. Ensuring performance through data analysis and continuous improvement of logistic flows.
Responsibilities
- Act as the custodian of e-commerce logistics processes, ensuring operational performance through monitoring of indicators, data analysis, identification of bottlenecks and implementation of continuous improvements in logistics flows
- Monitor and analyze key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce channel, such as delivery lead times, service level, incidents, costs and reverse logistics
- Identify deviations, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in logistics processes, conducting root cause analyses and proposing action plans
- Structure, document and follow up on the execution of improvement plans, ensuring the effectiveness of implemented actions
- Act as a process guardian for the area, ensuring adherence to defined workflows and promoting operational standardization
- Ensure compliance with legal, tax and documentation requirements for the logistics processes under your responsibility
- Work closely with the area coordinator, providing strategic support in the management of the logistics operation
- Perform activities in accordance with internal procedures, quality policy, corporate standards and safety practices, including accident prevention and environmental risk control
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Logistics, Production, Process Engineering or similar
- Proven experience working with logistics processes and operations, preferably in an e-commerce environment or in operations with high operational complexity
- Experience with data analysis and performance indicators, including collection, consolidation, critical interpretation and generation of insights to support decision-making
- Knowledge of continuous process improvement, bottleneck identification and driving action plans
