About the role
- Join ALE to handle customer and transporter registrations, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy. Collaborate with a dedicated team driving impactful results in fuel distribution.
Responsibilities
- Customer and/or carrier registration updates;
- Creation and update of customer and carrier records in the ERP system based on requests received via the LECOM platform;
- Review of content, documents and legal requirements;
- Monitoring and updating expiration dates of documents and licenses required to ensure the regulatory compliance of carriers and customers;
- Analysis and validation of guarantee/bond documentation;
- Initiation of credit proposals.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering, or Economics;
- Experience with customer and/or carrier registration activities;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Intermediate English;
- Availability to work flexible hours.
