Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on health and well-being;
Experience managing corporate benefits and health and wellness programs;
Knowledge of benefits-related legislation and market best practices;
Experience with data analysis and KPIs (Power BI desirable);
Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
Analytical mindset and results-oriented.
