About the role
- Treasury Manager responsible for cash and liquidity management, financial forecasting at tonies. Collaborating with international teams and external banking partners to ensure financial flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the diligent management of daily cash and liquidity disbursements across the group
- Ensure frequent updates and accuracy of the group-wide 12-week cash flow forecast
- Independently analyze and mitigate interest rate and currency risks
- Serve as the primary contact for banks, payment service providers, and other external stakeholders
- Act as the go-to person for internal departments on day-to-day treasury matters
- Actively support and help drive strategic treasury transformation projects
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Treasury, Corporate Banking, or a related financial field
- Hands-on experience in FX/IR hedging and/or cash and liquidity management
- Experience working with ERP systems (Business Central or SAP) and dedicated bank software is desirable
- Outstanding analytical skills with a strong affinity for numbers
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Full proficiency in German and English
- Willingness to work on average 2–3 days per week from the office in Düsseldorf
