About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop the annual marketing and communications plan, including proposals for new initiatives, events, media, sales activities, relationship programs and campaigns.
- Handle internal requests for communications, events and promotional gifts.
- Define indicators, metrics and KPIs and monitor the performance of marketing and communications activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and advertising agencies.
- Collaborate with other departments to create, validate and approve communications.
- Manage the budget lines under your responsibility.
- Identify opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research, competitive bidding processes and supplier negotiations.
- Request contracts, drafts and proposals from the area controller.
- Produce regular performance reports for planned activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising or related fields.
- Basic English knowledge preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
