About the role
- Senior Manager of Product Management responsible for evolving in-store and Care experiences at T-Mobile. Leading a team to connect customers with products and services through innovative digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Works in collaboration with VP's, Director's, peers, and team to develop strategy, plans, and outcomes across T-Mobile’s postpaid and prepaid (including Metro by T-Mobile) journeys
- Drives cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, and Business Teams to assess and evolve digital selling experiences across T-Mobile and Metro
- Maintains a solid understanding of the wireless industry, Digital and assisted trends, and competitive positioning
- Oversees product vision, development of business cases, and roadmap execution across customer acquisition, upgrade, and cross-sell journeys
- Develops and drives change management strategies that cascade the vision and align team goals with corporate and brand priorities
- Provides coaching and execution guidance to Product Management team, ensuring effective delivery of brand-aligned experiences
- Drives accountability with T-Mobile and vendor partners for performance, funding, and service levels
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience
- Master's/Advanced Degree In Business Administration
- 10+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile product development environment
- 4 – 7 years’ experience managing teams of 5 or more resources in direct reporting relationship in Product Management organization
- Product Lifecycle Management Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives
- Proven ability to communicate with Leadership effectively, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data
- Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools
