About the role

  • Analista de CX facilitando a operação da plataforma para clientes da Tivita. Atuando em problemas e melhorias com foco na eficiência dos processos.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via chat, WhatsApp, and meetings, supporting day-to-day operations within Tivita;
  • Investigate system issues and behaviors, identifying root causes before responding;
  • Support customers through processes such as billing, scheduling, payouts, reporting, and financial organization;
  • Work closely with the Product and Technology teams to open and track requests and issues;
  • Identify patterns in recurring questions and problems and turn them into process, documentation, or product improvements;

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to organize tasks, requests, and priorities
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
  • Experience in startups, tech companies, or high-growth environments
  • Ability to investigate issues and formulate hypotheses before responding
  • Autonomy to research information and learn independently when needed
  • Proven experience in customer support
