Responsibilities
Prospect and engage potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Sales Managers
Build a deep understanding of Two’s products, customer segments, and value propositions
Collaborate with the wider commercial team on outreach strategy and enablement content
Conduct market research to better identify and qualify target industries, verticals, and buyers
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles – ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B e-commerce
Demonstrated track record of high performance, in professional or personal life
Preferred: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, or related fields
Ability to handle rejection, and maintain energy through high activity levels
Clear and structured verbal and written communication
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
Native-level fluency in Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian or English (depending on your location) – English is our business language
