About the role
- Demand Planning Analyst ensuring accurate forecasts and product availability for the construction sector. Collaborating across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Operations for strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update demand forecasts (SKU/Channel/Customer) using statistical models and inputs from the commercial team.
- Lead demand-related stages of the S&OP cycle.
- Monitor and report metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and variances.
- Perform analyses of sales behavior, trends, and seasonality.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the demand plan.
- Contribute to improvement projects and the evolution of planning processes and systems.
- Serve as a technical reference and mentor for less-experienced analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Demand Planning.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong command of MS Excel.
- Advanced Power BI skills.
- Experience with SAP IBP module – Demand/Time Series.
- Advanced English.
- Intermediate Spanish.
- Experience with SAP SD/PP/MM modules.
