- AI Ready Analyst preparing data and content necessary for AI solutions within a large organization. Collaborating closely with business, data, and IT teams to ensure data quality.
Responsibilities
- **Main responsibilities:**
- Identify and leverage the sources required for AI use cases
- Structure, clean, and enrich knowledge bases (classification, tagging, prioritization)
- Prepare content for AI use cases (segmentation adapted to retrieval mechanisms)
- Define inclusion/exclusion rules and ensure semantic consistency
- Collaborate with data and IT teams to make sources available
- Ensure functional data quality (duplicate detection, inconsistencies, obsolescence)
- Maintain traceability of sources and contribute to compliance requirements
- Maintain documentation and associated governance rules
- Contribute to the industrialization and standardization of AI Ready practices
- **Technical environment:**
- GenAI: copilots, AI agents, RAG
- Data structuring (reference datasets, golden data)
- Principles of indexing and content preparation (functional level)
