Responsibilities
Provides general technical and operational support for functions related to the bank’s consumer loan processing and servicing operations
Ensure loan servicing activities are performed accurately and in compliance with internal policies and procedures
Create and review consumer loan closing packages
Complete loan maintenance items within various systems
Accurately enter new loan data
Meet quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced loan production environment
Responsible for accurate disbursements of loan proceeds
Accountable for responding to verbal and written inquiries
Process payoffs, loan payments, and returned loan payments
Review various scheduled reports for exceptions and errors

Requirements
High School/equivalent or an associate degree preferred
One year banking operations experience required with customer service experience preferred
One year customer service experience required with banking operations experience preferred
Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and customer-service skills
Demonstrate excellent problem resolution skills (preferred)
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Bank operations platform experience preferred
Ability to work accurately, both independently and as part of a team, with interruptions to meet deadlines
