Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading customer projects, preferably in a global or multinational setting
- Experience working with global customers and managing projects across multiple time zones
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- E-invoicing or ERP implementation experience is a plus
- Excellent telephone and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- French language is a plus
