Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies
Lead on external media relations and PR activity
Craft press releases and identify new opportunities
Act as a brand guardian ensuring communications reflect the firm’s tone of voice
Oversee social media strategy and community engagement
Manage a Social Media Executive and a Content Assistant
Campaign management ensuring data-driven activity aligned with business goals
Create a range of marketing materials and support internal communications
Requirements
Proven experience in a marketing management or senior communications role
Strong knowledge of media relations, brand management, and digital marketing
Excellent writer and communicator
Creative, strategic mindset
Confidence to manage multiple projects at pace
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams
Experience leading or mentoring others
Experience in a professional services or regulated environment (preferred)
Degree in Marketing or related field
CIM qualification beneficial
