- Monitor and maintain the overall health of the signature process and escalate inconsistencies
Requirements
- Knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) and User Agreement Processes: Familiarity with KYC procedures, including reviewing user agreements, signatures, and onboarding documentation is a plus.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms or Remote Tools: Familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello)
- Adaptability: Willingness and ability to quickly learn new software or tools as required by the organization.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and respond to queries effectively.
- Familiarity with Data Validation Tools: Experience with tools or processes for validating and cleaning data.
