Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in supervising/managing staff
Solid expertise in customer contact/customer relationship management
Team player with strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and the ability to motivate others
Self-directed, solution-oriented and business-minded to achieve agreed objectives
Strong focus on target achievement with attention to employee and customer satisfaction
Interest in optimizing work processes
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1 level)
Confident user of common PC applications (Microsoft Excel and Word)
