Requirements
Some practical experience in digital marketing (e.g., entry-level positions, internships, trainee or junior roles)
Ideally experience in at least one of the following areas: website maintenance (CMS), newsletter/CRM or social/performance ads
Strong interest in technical and analytical topics related to digital communication
Openness and motivation to learn new tools and digital applications (TYPO3, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, marketing automation, etc.)
Creativity, organizational skills and a careful, reliable working style.
