People Development Manager responsible for developing training programs and leadership initiatives at The Quality Group. Leading in-house trainings and managing external trainers for effective performance.
Responsibilities
You design and continuously enhance our training and learning formats — from foundational skills to specialized expertise
You are responsible for Leadership Development, creating programs for new and experienced leaders and actively supporting managers in their roles (e.g., feedback, performance, self-leadership)
You deliver in-house trainings yourself (live and remote in German and English) and coordinate external trainers, coaches, and learning providers
You develop competency models and development paths for employees, roles, and leadership careers
You systematically derive learning and development needs from company objectives, feedback, and performance processes
You ensure the quality and effectiveness of learning offerings and iteratively improve them based on requirements and regular feedback
Requirements
You have several years of experience in People Development, Learning & Training, or Coaching
You have solid experience designing and implementing training and learning formats, including working with Learning Management Systems, and facilitating trainings
You have experience building and owning leadership programs and supporting leaders
You possess a strong understanding of performance management, feedback, and performance-oriented leadership
You demonstrate high didactic competence, combined with strong advisory skills and a confident presence with leaders
You work in a structured and conceptual way and combine this with a pronounced hands-on mentality
You have excellent German and English skills
