About the role

  • Senior Manager in Brand Marketing responsible for Hershey’s brand projects and activities. Requires strategic skills and leadership in marketing and general management.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and presenting recommendations to management
  • External and internal analytical assessments of the business environment, competitors, customers and market trends
  • Overall business knowledge including P&L management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to drive coordination with other functional areas
  • Leading cross-functional teams to commercialize innovation, promotions, design changes, media, etc.
  • Partner with our Sales organization to develop sales communications
  • Strong verbal and written communicator

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, strategy, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or product management in the consumer-packaged goods industry, preferably in a food category
