About the role

  • Director of Brand Strategy at Coca-Cola leading marketing performance and innovation strategies. Focused on integrated flywheel execution and sustainable growth for the brand in EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead LRP and OU-wide programs in partnership with Global CCTM team
  • Define category / brand growth / innovation strategies addressing human needs and occasions in an edgy and sustainable way
  • Own E2E /Creative strategies + brand bundles, including price positioning, creative, shopper and design
  • Drive marketing performance and ROI leveraging data, tech, AI and capabilities
  • Enable and activate the OU CCTM network to ensure coordination, collaboration

Requirements

  • Significant marketing and leadership experience (10 years +)
  • Worked in/with all relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy
  • Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects
  • Led projects that leverage Digital/ Data as edges
  • Worked in the Frontline (e.g. Frontline Marketing)
  • Advanced business, commercial acumen (RGM experience is nice to have)
