Responsibilities
Lead LRP and OU-wide programs in partnership with Global CCTM team
Define category / brand growth / innovation strategies addressing human needs and occasions in an edgy and sustainable way
Own E2E /Creative strategies + brand bundles, including price positioning, creative, shopper and design
Drive marketing performance and ROI leveraging data, tech, AI and capabilities
Enable and activate the OU CCTM network to ensure coordination, collaboration
Requirements
Significant marketing and leadership experience (10 years +)
Worked in/with all relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy
Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects
Led projects that leverage Digital/ Data as edges
Worked in the Frontline (e.g. Frontline Marketing)
Advanced business, commercial acumen (RGM experience is nice to have)
