Responsibilities
Creates demand in-store, by developing marketing strategies and programs that will influence shopper behavior and stimulate Category/store demand.
Partners with the Customer and Field Teams to develop and deliver integrated Customer Business Plan based on strong shopper insights.
Ensures strategic alignment between Consumer, shoppers, customer and Clorox objectives.
Engage our People as Business Owners Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate.
Lead innovative marketing ideas and generate business results.
Requirements
Typically requires 3-5 years of CPG Shopper Marketing or Customer Marketing (at top tier CPG company or Agency) and/or 6-8+ years of Consumer Products Sales experience
Previous experience with interpreting shopper data to develop business strategies.
Strong Marketing, Consumer and Shopper knowledge.
Consultative/Solution selling.
Business Planning and Insights.
Strong understanding of Retail Media ecosystems.
