Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated business and financial strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, PharmD) preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, business management, or health services, ideally within pharmacy or healthcare.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business and financial strategies that drive growth.
- Strong leadership presence with experience navigating matrixed organizations and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of anticipating trends and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft executive-level presentations.
