Responsibilities
- You manage and develop our finance operations, including accounts payable/accounts receivable (AP/AR), cash management, and related workflows
- You are responsible for monthly and annual financial closings and ensure they are completed on time — working closely with tax advisors and internal stakeholders
- You ensure ongoing monitoring and transparent communication of key financial and non-financial KPIs
- You support teams on legal matters and oversee contract reviews from a finance perspective
- You work closely with our Head of Finance on company-wide projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' professional experience in accounting and finance operations roles
- Fluent German (C1 or higher) and strong business English (B2 or higher)
- Strong knowledge of HGB and IFRS and at least 2 years' demonstrable responsibility for accounting processes
