Responsibilities
Lead large, complex business initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, project plans, and workflows that guide teams from idea to execution.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess impact, manage risk, and navigate change with clarity and purpose.
Track progress, outcomes, and return on investment, using data to inform decisions and course-correct when needed.
Design and sustain repeatable processes that support long-term operational success.
Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point, resolving issues and aligning stakeholders toward shared goals.

Requirements
6+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs in a matrixed environment.
6+ years experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, or prior authorization.
Demonstrated ability to drive results in ambiguous or evolving situations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills with a focus on outcomes.
Strong business, financial, and technical acumen.
Ability to multitask and manage competing timelines/deadlines.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
