Inside Sales professional assisting future students with their educational choices at CS Academy. Responsible for understanding leads' needs and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities
Conduct a diagnosis of leads' needs and goals;
Clearly and empathically present the unique selling points of CS Academy courses;
Deliver demonstrations and answer questions about our products;
Maintain regular contact with leads through strategic follow-ups;
Overcome objections using emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented approach;
Negotiate and close sales with a focus on the student's success;
Forward enrolled students' information to the onboarding/implementation team;
Support active prospecting of new leads when necessary (Outbound).
Requirements
Previous experience in inside sales (B2C experience desirable);
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Familiarity with the education market and/or Customer Success is a plus;
Resilient, empathetic, and persuasive;
Proactive attitude, enthusiastic and goal-driven;
Ability to listen attentively and understand the lead's pain points;
Collaborative spirit and a love for working in a team.
Benefits
Compensation: R$ 2,400 fixed salary + uncapped sales commission, with average monthly commissions starting at R$ 2,000 depending on performance.
