Responsibilities
Right hand to the founding team — you prepare meetings, research topics, coordinate schedules, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Marketing operations — you support the management of ongoing client projects: create reports, prepare campaign performance analyses, and keep timelines on track
Client communication — you are the contact person for operational alignments with clients and coordinate between internal teams and external partners
Processes & automation — you optimize internal workflows and build automations using tools like Make, Zapier, or Claude to increase team efficiency
Project coordination — you assist in planning and executing marketing and growth projects and keep all stakeholders aligned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed — field open, e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or equivalent
1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in an agency, a startup, e-commerce, or a marketing team
Practical experience with marketing projects, campaign coordination, or account management is a plus
Affinity for digital tools and automation — experience with tools such as Make, Notion, Zapier, Claude, or similar platforms is an advantage
You work in a structured, independent way and maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks in parallel
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented — you can adapt to different interlocutors
Hands-on mentality — you take initiative instead of waiting for instructions
Fluent in German and English.
