About the role

- Collaborate with engineering teams by gathering and communicating customer feedback
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate product development
- Manage projects and track progress using Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools
- Work on a flexible, project-based workload and provide input on UI/UX improvements
Requirements
- solid product management and project management experience
- familiar with product management methodologies and market research approaches
- communicate clearly and can work directly with customers
- proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
- experience with AI tools, especially Claude
- understand how to leverage AI to work smarter, not harder
- understanding of how AI systems work and can converse with data scientists and ML engineers
- comfortable with AI systems being probabilistic, not deterministic
- don't need to write code but appreciate technical constraints and possibilities
