Responsibilities
Identify prospects and book qualified meetings
Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, creative channels)
Research target accounts and personalize outreach
Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for sales team
Maintain CRM (HubSpot) hygiene
Experiment with messaging, channels, and approaches
Support Marketing Manager with campaign execution and project coordination
Assist with case study development and content creation
Handle ad-hoc marketing requests from EU team
Help build systems and processes as the service line scales
Requirements
1-3 years in SDR, BDR, or lead gen roles (B2B experience preferred)
Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
Able to write compelling, personalized outreach
Motivated by hitting targets and earning commission
Thrive in scrappy, fast-moving environments
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Bonus: Uses Reddit and understands SEO/GEO
