Responsibilities
- Elicit and analyze requirements with business areas, identifying opportunities for the application of data, automation, and AI;
- Document functional, non-functional, and data requirements in clear, understandable formats for technical teams (data scientists, developers, software development teams);
- Support the definition of AI use cases, establishing business objectives, success metrics, and constraints;
- Ensure requirements comply with data governance policies, privacy (LGPD - Brazilian General Data Protection Law), and AI ethical standards;
- Participate in validation meetings with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between expectations and deliverables;
- Contribute to the creation of prototypes and proofs of concept (POCs), supporting the prioritization of features with the development team;
- Act as a facilitator of communication between technical teams and business managers, promoting understanding and collaboration.
Requirements
- What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or certification in Requirements Engineering, Software Architecture, or Project Management;
- Proven experience in requirements analysis and documentation, and experience in business analysis and digital transformation projects.
