Responsibilities
Provide technical support during sales visits;
Present solutions from Teltec's portfolio;
Serve as the technical reference for other members of the Pre-Sales technical team;
Gather client project requirements;
Define and position solutions for medium- or high-complexity client projects;
Define the scope of services required for medium- or high-complexity projects;
Analyze RFIs (Request for Information), RFPs (Request for Proposal), and public tenders;
Support competitive analysis studies of competing solutions;
Support the development of competitive sales strategies (technical scenario analysis — cost vs. benefit);
Liaise with manufacturers and perform other pre-sales technical activities aimed at qualifying, developing, and closing business opportunities;
Conduct tests and demonstrations of medium- or high-complexity portfolio solutions (PoC — Proof of Concept);
Create ROI (Return on Investment) analysis reports to justify projects to clients;
Analyze client business information to propose solutions and tools that can positively impact the client's day-to-day operations (Business Outcomes);
Participate in manufacturer/partner events and training;
Support the commercial team in defining sales pricing (one-time or recurring);
Prepare technical/commercial proposals (Price, Technical Description, General Terms, etc.).
Requirements
Previous knowledge and experience in Pre-Sales for Security Solutions;
Knowledge and experience with government procurement processes: public tender notices and price registration records (Ata de Registro de Preços);
Knowledge and experience in projects within your area of expertise;
Manufacturer technical certifications in the relevant field;
Advanced-level manufacturer technical certification in the relevant field (a plus);
Knowledge of programming languages (a plus);
Previous knowledge and experience in Pre-Sales for Network Solutions (a plus).
