Responsibilities
Execute the sales and marketing strategy defined by the BU Manager, utilizing relevant product and sales presentations
Plan and conduct customer visits with existing clients and prospects, ensuring full engagement with all decision-makers at end-user level, in line with the agreed business focus and sales touchpoint targets.
Document and report visit outcomes, including agreed follow-ups, developments, and competitive intelligence.
Maintain and update prospect and project lists on a weekly basis in close collaboration with the BU Manager.
Monitor and report relevant market trends and developments to the EMEA Product Management team.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, in alignment with the BU Manager.
Proactively build and sustain strong external relationships with stakeholders in the target customer group.
Stay informed on relevant sales, clinical, and product-specific literature.
Actively support, propose, and participate in symposia, congresses, and meetings
Requirements
Preferably 3–5 years of sales experience in the Vascular field and/or hospital environment.
Academic or professional qualification in sales or a healthcare-related discipline.
Proven successful sales experience in the Healthcare industry, preferably as a Medical Device Representative.
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Strong computer literacy: proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet tools.
Domiciled in the designated region.
Strong time-management and organisational skills.
Established track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
Strong clinical and product knowledge, with the ability to confidently engage with clinicians.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work autonomously.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Experience working in a matrix organization and in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Clinical, Customer Service).
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and pipeline management is an asset
