Product Specialist for Electrolux managing product development from idea to market introduction. Collaborating with R&D and marketing for consumables and accessories in consumer goods.
Responsibilities
Close and daily co-operation with internal project stakeholders (project leader, R&D, marketing, sourcing…) and OEM suppliers to ensure execution and follow-up of all product related activities.
Support in the preparation of the material requested to drive the product development or range update processes through their different phases.
Check specifications, phase-in/phase-out inside Product Life cycle Management.
Product maintenance and administration to ensure effective portfolio management.
Support the development and creation of marketing support material such as packaging, leaflet, labels for new product launches and new variant requests.
Secure availability of technical documentation (as user manual, installation drawings, other)
Samples organization & shipment for new product launches and testing activities
Involvement in complexity reduction activities in strong collaboration with the C&A commercial team.
Quality follow up (e.g.: pilot appliances & issues blocking production lines)
Support with Compliance Department and third-party test institutes/Labs
Requirements
Short experience in product marketing and/or commercial areas (with product knowledge/ product management) and/or product development (ideally in more than one function), preferably within Consumer Goods area
Master’s degree in business, Marketing or Engineering.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint are a must)
Project leadership experience, preferably in an international environment.
