About the role
- Quality Manager responsible for analyzing deviations and implementing quality improvements for industrial projects. Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze quality-related deviations and systematically document them.
- Evaluate relevant quality metrics and initiate targeted improvement measures.
- Further develop the existing quality management system and ensure certification readiness according to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- Plan and conduct internal process and quality audits and consistently follow up on corrective actions.
- Create, update and manage all QM documentation such as process descriptions, work instructions and the QM manual.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement process to optimize internal procedures.
- Ensure compliance with and implementation of the TCM quality standard.
- Monitor compliance with quality requirements and legal regulations across all relevant company areas.
- Collaborate closely with production, development and sales to ensure ongoing product and process quality.
Requirements
- Completed technical training as an Industrial Mechanic, Machinist/CNC Machinist, Precision Mechanic or Mechanical Engineering Technician.
- Valid certification as a Quality Manager according to ISO 9001:2015.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally in a metal-cutting/CNC environment.
- Business-minded with a strong sense of entrepreneurial responsibility.
- Clear and persuasive communication with internal and external partners.
- Confident command of English, both written and spoken.
- Flexible and willing to travel within Central Europe.
- Initiative, a sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ideally, knowledge of IT security processes.
- Good IT user skills and experience working with SAP.
