Responsibilities
- Physical planning
- Development of indicators and targets
- Performance evaluation
- Time studies aimed at improving vessel performance
- Verification of results and preparation of material for performance indicator presentations
- Define, review and refine performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the critical processes of the subsea services value chain
- Monitor, critically analyze and report operational performance (efficiency, productivity, quality, value generation and risks)
- Manage unit indicators, consolidate results in management reports and dashboards, and feed the Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with active CREA registration
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in activities similar to the scope of this role
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in activities related to subsea engineering
- Basic knowledge of Data Science (statistical methods for decision support, data mining, data reliability, business intelligence)
- Experience with SAP Business Intelligence, IBM Cognos, Tableau, Sisense, TIBCO Spotfire, Oracle BusinessObjects
- Knowledge of subsea engineering
